We are looking for an HSE Manager for our client for a fixed-term employment in a data center construction site in Lahti. In your role, you will lead a ten-person security team together with another HSE Manager. There are no direct subordinates. The team includes induction trainers, HSE supervisors, and a safety manager. Your most important tasks include creating and adhering to the site's security plan, risk assessment and security management in cooperation with the main contractor and subcontractors, and implementing any changes into practice for site management and the construction site. Approximately 30% of the tasks involve reporting and documentation.
