Supervising Welder / Welding Team Leader (Permanent) – Forssa
We are looking for an experienced and self-directed welder for a permanent position in Forssa for our financially sound client company.
In this position, you will act as the leader of a small welding team and actively participate in practical welding work. You will be responsible for organizing daily work, assigning tasks, and ensuring smooth production. The job is suitable for an experienced welder who also wants to take responsibility for supervising the work crew.
Your duties include:

MIG welding work in production

Planning and assigning daily tasks to the welding team

Supervising the team's work and ensuring work progress and efficiency

Reading technical drawings and interpreting welding symbols

Ensuring high-quality workmanship and staying on schedule

Pre-fabricating and finishing parts as needed
The main focus of the role is on production welding work and leading the welding team.

We expect from you:

Strong experience in MIG welding

Good ability to read technical drawings and familiarity with welding symbols and manufacturing drawings

Ability to lead and motivate a work crew

A careful, proactive, and responsible approach to work

Fluent Finnish language skills
Valid welding certifications as well as experience in mechanical installation and maintenance are considered an advantage.
