Aino started as Area Manager for Aaltovoima Pohjoinen in summer 2026, and her desk is located at the Rovaniemi office. Aino is responsible for the overall operations and development of Aaltovoima Pohjoinen. Her workdays are built around customer work, recruitment, and HR matters.
 
In the Human Resources field, Aino began her career as an HR Coordinator alongside her studies in educational psychology in 2023. Over the years, Aino has gained strong nationwide expertise in staffing services, direct recruitments, and headhunting, and she has a deep understanding of the market in Pohjois-Suomi and Lappi.
 
In working life, Aino is known for her people-centric and solution-oriented approach. She is motivated by a strong desire to find the best solutions for both client companies and employees, and she believes that successful recruitments are based on a deep understanding of companies' needs and people. Aino's goal is to build long-term partnerships and create an attractive and sustainable working life in the North, bringing growth to both people and companies.

Sara Kervinen has been part of Aaltovoima's journey since 2019, taking into account the old Aaltovoima, name changes and corporate restructuring. The current employment relationship began in 2023. Sara has worked in the human resources sector for seven years and started her career as an HR consultant directly after graduation. Over the years, her expertise and responsibility have grown significantly.

Sara is responsible for the company's HR system, HR support and security, Aaltovoima Teollisuuden's team leadership, recruitment and employee employment issues. She is motivated by successes – both her own and those of the team – as well as satisfied employees and customers. The work is varied and every day brings something new to learn.

Sara approaches her work with a big heart and a goal-oriented approach. Challenges are opportunities to develop, and the principle is clear: we will overcome everything if we do our best. To balance work, he values time with loved ones, rest, and exercise.
 

Noora has worked at Aaltovoima since November 2025. Before Aaltovoima, she had a long career of over 20 years in the hotel and restaurant industry, which is also reflected in her strong ability to meet people in her current role.

Noora's working days are built around encounters - with customers, employees and partners. It is precisely successful encounters and the opportunity to build sustainable cooperation that motivate her the most. The best thing about her job is getting to work with professional people and creating solutions that work together.
