We are now seeking an active and self-directed HR Consultant for our growing Aaltovoima Pohjoinen team!
In this role, you will be independently responsible for recruitment processes across various industries as well as managing employment matters for our agency workers. You will get to work especially with recruitment in industry, construction, and the hospitality sector. You will work in close collaboration with our client companies, our employees, and the rest of the team to ensure smooth recruitments and successful employment relationships.
Your tasks will include:

Independently handling recruitment processes from job postings to candidate selections

Processing job applications, interviewing candidates, and presenting workers to client companies

Serving as the contact person for agency workers

Managing employment matters, such as drafting employment contracts, coordinating onboarding, and handling sick leave and accident cases

Managing matters related to employees' work gear and other practical arrangements
-
Close collaboration with the sales team to meet client companies' staffing needs

Participating in client meetings, recruitment fairs, and other events

Education suitable for the position, for example in HR or business administration

Fluent Finnish and English language skills

Stress tolerance, initiative, and a willingness to learn new things
Prior experience in HR tasks or recruitment is considered an asset, but you may also be a future HR professional at the beginning of your career. Most important to us is an active and responsible approach to work, a desire to learn new things, and motivation to develop into a Human Resources professional. Russian language skills are also considered an asset.
