We are looking for an HSE Manager for our client for a fixed-term employment in a data center construction site in Lahti.
In your role, you will lead a ten-person security team together with another HSE Manager. There are no direct subordinates. The team includes induction trainers, HSE supervisors, and a safety manager. Your most important tasks include creating and adhering to the site's security plan, risk assessment and security management in cooperation with the main contractor and subcontractors, and implementing any changes into practice for site management and the construction site. Approximately 30% of the tasks involve reporting and documentation.
Success in the role requires:
- work experience in HSE Manager duties and team leadership
- construction industry education
- good command of Finnish and English, both orally and in writing (international client)
- good customer service, interaction, and organizational skills
- a careful and persistent approach to work
- personally, you are flexible, determined, and responsible
The employment contract will be concluded with Wavepower Ltd. for the duration of the project. The start of the position is as soon as possible according to the agreement. Monthly salary according to the agreement. The Collective Bargaining Agreement for construction industry salaried employees will be applied in this position.
