Responsible work and work that motivates
When his previous job ended after a long employment relationship and no new opportunities were immediately visible, Matti decided to take action. He searched for vacancies through rental companies and found Aaltovoima.
— “I applied for an excavator operator job and went for an interview. Three weeks later, my first gig started, and since then I’ve had plenty of work,” he says.
Variety of work and interesting destinations
Matti’s work sites have been diverse and varied. At first he worked on fiber optic construction sites, and later, for example, in Forssa on a special project where nesting islands for swans were made using a swimming machine.
— “Since then I have done many things, such as bicycle shelters for schools in Kaisaniemi,” Matti says.
New power through wave power
According to Matti, working through wave power has been smooth and reliable. He has been doing several gigs for about two years and finds the collaboration effortless.
— “Everything has gone well. Jobs have been found quickly. I have already recommended Aaltovoima to my friends – one of them has even found a job through them,” he says.
