A Construction Professional with Nearly 30 Years of Experience
Vitalii's career in the construction industry began already in 1997. Over the years, he gained strong expertise in various construction tasks, especially in reinforcement and construction work. He worked in the construction industry until 2014, after which he also gained experience from various private construction projects.
In 2018, Vitalii decided to expand his expertise and moved into the production of precast concrete elements. His first job in the field was a precast concrete factory located in Estonia, where he worked for about a year and a half. Although his experience in precast concrete production was limited at the time, his strong background in construction and excellent reinforcement skills created excellent conditions for learning new things.
A New Start in Finland and Long-standing Cooperation with Aaltovoima
At the end of 2020, Vitalii moved to Finland and continued his work in the precast concrete industry. While looking for new job opportunities, he contacted several staffing service companies.
Aaltovoima was the first to contact him.
Competitive salary, a fast recruitment process, and smooth cooperation quickly convinced Vitalii. Aaltovoima arranged a job for him in Lieksa, where he worked until 2026.
During the cooperation, Vitalii has proven to be a reliable, motivated, and skilled professional whose expertise can be trusted even in demanding tasks.

Today, Vitalii masters the entire precast concrete element production process.
His expertise includes, among other things:
- reinforcement work
- formwork
- concrete casting
- carpentry work
- precast concrete element production from start to finish.
Diverse experience and a meticulous working style are reflected in the high quality of his work. Vitalii takes professional pride in his work and wants to perform every work phase as well as possible.
Continuous Development as a Motivator
Although he has accumulated nearly three decades of experience, Vitalii never feels finished.
He is particularly motivated by the opportunity to develop in his work, learn more Finnish, and enhance his own skills. In the future, the goal is to take on more responsibility and advance in his career towards even more demanding tasks.
At the same time, he wants to build a stable future in Finland and improve his quality of life by gradually moving from the most physically demanding tasks to roles requiring more expertise.

Vitalii says he particularly appreciates open communication at Aaltovoima and that solutions to potential challenges are found quickly.
