Supervisor for construction site cleaning tasks – Helsinki metropolitan area
We are looking for an experienced and responsible supervisor to lead and coordinate construction site cleaning tasks in the Helsinki metropolitan area.
In this role, you will be responsible for guiding employees, organizing work, as well as coordinating tasks and schedules. You will ensure that the construction site remains tidy, work progresses as agreed, and the quality of work meets the requirements of both the customer and the employer.
Success in this role requires practical experience in construction cleaning, as well as strong skills in organizing work and leading others. We particularly value experience in calculating construction cleaning offers, as making and calculating offers is a key part of the role.
In this role, you will be responsible for, among other things:
- Daily guidance and leadership of employees
- Organizing tasks, resources, and schedules
- Coordinating construction site cleaning and monitoring quality
- Customer cooperation and customer service
- Calculating and preparing construction cleaning offers
- New sales and acquiring new customers
- Coordinating final cleaning of construction sites and other construction cleaning work phases
- Ensuring that work progresses as agreed and that sites remain tidy
We require from you:
- Previous experience in construction cleaning
- Experience in construction site final cleaning or similar cleaning tasks
- Experience in guiding employees and supervisory tasks
- Experience in calculating construction cleaning offers
- Good organizational and scheduling skills
- Customer service orientation and good interaction skills
- Experience or readiness to also do new sales and offers
- Proactive, energetic, and responsible work approach
- Ability to take responsibility and make decisions independently
- Good stress tolerance and a practical attitude
- Driving license and the possibility to use your own car
- Finnish language skills

We are looking for a person with extensive expertise in construction cleaning. The role combines employee leadership, work organization, customer service, new sales, and calculating construction cleaning offers.
You do not need to have experience in all areas, but experience in calculating offers, organizing work, and leading others is considered a particular advantage.
