We are looking for a knowledgeable and firm HSE Construction Manager for our client company in an Industrial environment. The assignment starts in June and initially lasts until the end of August, but a good candidate has good opportunities for continuation even after the summer season.
As an HSE Construction Manager (Health, Safety & Environment), you are the backbone of site Security. You are responsible for ensuring that all activities on the site comply with safety and environmental standards. The work is intensive shift work, which involves long working days and requires continuous presence on site.
Key duties:

Continuous monitoring of occupational safety and addressing shortcomings.

Conducting safety inductions and risk assessments.

HSE reporting and cooperation with project management.

Ensuring compliance with environmental regulations on the site.

Education: Engineer's or Building foreman's degree (or final-stage studies).

Language skills: Fluent Finnish and English language skills are essential (reporting and communication).
