We are now looking for a sales-oriented account manager for our Espoo office to handle construction industry sales!
Your tasks include:
- new customer acquisition and development of customer relationships
- active sales work and customer needs assessment
- offering personnel leasing and Recruitment services to corporate clients
- arranging and holding customer meetings
- contract negotiations and drafting Offers
- cooperation with the Recruitment team to find suitable employees
- developing marketing and sales together with the rest of the team

- commercial education or other suitable background
- sales-oriented approach and enthusiasm for developing Customer relationships
- English language skills in addition to fluent Finnish
- good communication and interpersonal skills
- ability to work under pressure and desire to learn new things
- Industry expertise from the construction industry is an advantage
