We are looking for a sales team leader - opportunity for a year-round role!

Grow with us in the heart of Lapland's tourism! Insider Car Rental is a local car rental company operating in Rovaniemi, which serves tourists all year round. We are looking for talented individuals who want to be part of building a first-class customer experience and developing a growing company in an international operating environment.

We are looking for a responsible and proactive sales team leader for our client company. Our client is a growing car rental company, and work will start in September-October. The position begins with a seasonal contract, but the goal is to develop this key role into a year-round position within the company.

In this versatile role, you will be involved in active car rental sales (via WhatsApp and phone to tourists) and take overall responsibility for the sales team. You will be responsible for daily operational organization, supporting the team, and solving potential problems in a fast-paced daily environment. This job is an excellent opportunity to demonstrate your abilities as a team leader in a growing and international environment.

We expect from you:

Fluent Finnish and English language skills (other language skills are an asset due to the international clientele).
Previous experience in sales work, as well as the ability and willingness to take leadership of the team and manage daily operations.
A solution-oriented, firm, and independent approach to work – you are not fazed by rapidly changing situations.
An energetic and encouraging attitude with which you inspire the rest of the team to achieve excellent results.
