We are looking for an energetic and development-oriented electrical foreman for our client company in the Helsinki metropolitan area. Our client is a rapidly growing electrical company that offers its employees a genuine opportunity to develop professionally and participate in the activities of a growing company.

This search is an excellent opportunity for candidates at two different career stages: we are looking for either an experienced electrical foreman OR an experienced electrician with a strong desire and potential to advance their career to supervisory roles. In this role, you will be responsible for the daily management of electrical installation projects, material procurement, schedule monitoring, and team leadership on construction sites.

We expect from you:

Relevant electrical industry education (e.g., electrician, electrical engineer, or construction foreman).
Either previous experience in electrical supervision OR several years of strong experience in electrical installations and a burning desire to transition into a supervisory role.
A firm, organized, and responsible approach to work, as well as good people management skills.
Fluent Finnish language skills, a B-category driving license, and good basic IT skills.
