Foreman / PKS

We are looking for skilled and responsible construction foremen for our client companies in the Helsinki metropolitan area for various fixed-term and permanent employment relationships. Our clients are financially sound and respected construction industry players, whose diverse construction sites are located throughout the Helsinki metropolitan area. The projects extensively cover various types of projects, from office space modifications to demanding renovation construction.

As a foreman, you are responsible for the daily management of the construction site, monitoring schedules and budgets, and ensuring occupational safety. You will work in close cooperation with subcontractors, employees, and other stakeholders, ensuring that projects progress as planned and are completed to a high standard. In this role, you will take on broad responsibility, as you will also actively participate in contract costing and the tendering of subcontractors. Specifically, supervisory tasks related to rebar and formwork are a key part of your daily work.

We expect from you:

• Relevant construction industry education (e.g., construction foreman or construction engineer, university of applied sciences).

• Experience in construction site management or supervisory tasks, particularly knowledge of rebar and formwork is considered an advantage.

• Expertise or strong interest in contract costing and the tendering of subcontractors.

• A firm, solution-oriented, and cost-effective approach to work and people management.

• Good cooperation, interaction, and IT skills, as well as fluent Finnish language skills.
