Activity Guide for Outdoor Activities, Rovaniemi Insider

We are looking for energetic and professional Activity Guides for the upcoming winter season in Lapland for our client company Rovaniemi Insider. While the work is mainly based in Rovaniemi and other parts of Finnish Lapland, your duties may also take you across the borders into Sweden and Norway. As a guide, you will play a key role in creating unforgettable experiences for international guests. The work is highly varied and includes shifts at all times of the day & night and 7 days a week.

Our Collective Agreement for the Hotel, Restaurant and Leisure Industry. Contract is a fixed-term contract for the winter season.

We Offer:

• A unique work experience in the stunning landscapes of Lapland within an international atmosphere.

• Flexible contract periods: from the beginning of November until the end of March, or from the beginning of December until mid-January.

• The possibility of affordable accommodation arranged through the company (350–680 €/month).

We Appreciate:

• Language skills: Fluent English is a mandatory requirement. Skills in Spanish, Italian, French, or Chinese are considered a major advantage.

• Mobility: A valid driver’s license is essential for fulfilling the duties of this role.

• Attitude and skills: Excellent communication skills, problem-solving ability, and the capacity to work independently even in challenging conditions.

• Assets: A valid First Aid certificate, Hygiene and Alcohol Passports, as well as skills in photography and image editing are considered an advantage.
