Chef for an experience restaurant destination

We are looking for a passionate, independent and presentableResponsible Chef for our client company in Rovaniemi for the upcoming winter season (starting in October) in a unique experience restaurant destination. In this role, you will not only prepare food, but also create unforgettable experiences for international guests. over an open fire.

As a full-time head chef, you will take the royal reins of the kitchen. You will be responsible for implementing your vision, starting with menu planning, and will also be responsible for ordering ingredients and scheduling shifts. You work closely in front of customers, so you enjoy storytelling and meeting people.

Your main responsibilities:

• Daily management and independent rotation of the kitchen.

• Menu planning respecting Lappish food culture.

• Raw material orders, self-monitoring and shift planning.

• Experiential cooking over an open fire in front of international customers.
