Kitchen shift manager, South Savo

We are looking for a kitchen shift worker to be responsible for the smoothness and quality of the kitchen's daily operations. You will work actively in the kitchen on a shift basis. and you are responsible for managing your own shift, directing staff and developing operations together with the head chef and other senior staff.
Your job description includes planning, organizing and managing the daily operations of the kitchen. At the same time, you will participate in food preparation and quality control together with other kitchen staff. We hope that you are an innovative developer with an interest in designing food products and developing kitchen operations. You are interested in using and developing high-quality, local, seasonal ingredients. Managing orders and collaborating with other departments in the restaurant and hotel is also part of your daily routine.
To succeed in this role, you will need experience in the kitchen as well as a desire to take responsibility and develop activities. You are a self-starter, organized and motivated person who can work in a hurry. You value good communication. teamwork and understand the importance of quality raw materials and effective cooperation.
We offer full-time work in the beautiful landscapes of South Savo. If necessary, we will assist in finding accommodation and settling into a new landscape. The work will last for the summer season, possibly longer.
