Aalto Personnel Services has expanded its operations in Northern Finland with the establishment of Aaltovoima Pohjoinen Oy. At the same time, employees of several companies will be transferred to the new company from 1 June 2026 on the same terms and conditions, with the aim of strengthening local personnel services and increasing flexible work opportunities in the region.

Aalto Personnel Services is now expanding its operations in Northern Finland with the establishment of Aaltovoima Pohjoinen Oy. The company was established in cooperation with the owners of Workteam Group and Kotimaailma Lapland, and its aim is to strengthen regional personnel services.

Aaltovoima Pohjoinen offers local companies staffing, recruitment services and outsourcing solutions. The company aims to increase flexible work opportunities by offering jobs for both short-term and long-term employment relationships.

Employees of Taiga, Rovaniemi Insider Oy, Kemijärvi Insider Oy and Globcar Oy will transfer to the new company as of June 1, 2026. The transition will be implemented in such a way that the employees' work tasks, salary and other terms of employment will remain unchanged. Aaltovoima will be responsible for paying salaries and other statutory employer obligations.

Aaltovoima Pohjoinen offers personnel leasing, recruitment services and outsourcing solutions for both short-term and long-term employment relationships. The goal is to strengthen local service and support both employees and companies more closely.
