Aaltovoima Oy strengthens its ranks: Olli Holopainen brings over a quarter of a century of experience and solid professional skills to Aalto's working life

In November, Aaltovoima Oy, which returned to the ownership of its founders, is investing heavily in growth, as Aaltovoima Oy is pleased to welcome Olli Holopainen to its ranks. Olli will join Aalto in the role of Senior Key Account Manager, bringing with him over 5 years of experience at Selekta Personnel Services and over 10 years of solid background in the real estate and cleaning industry, including SOL and RTK. During his years at SOL, Olli was awarded for his performance annually, being selected as Sales Manager of the Year.

Olli Holopainen has enjoyed an excellent reputation among his customers and colleagues wherever he has worked. He is known in particular as a people-oriented person who gets along with all kinds of people. Olli brings with him not only strong know-how but also a broad experience base that has been accumulated over the years. It is no exaggeration to say that Olli has one of the best resumes in Finland in the implementation of service and personnel solutions.

Olli has a track record, especially in large service packages. His largest service packages have employed up to 50 people in three shifts. Against this background, Aaltovoima is also setting out to pursue growth, especially in the implementation of large and challenging service packages.
