Receptionist – Arctic Circle - Seasonal Work

Our client is seeking an energetic and reliable Team Member to join their hospitality team resort in Arctic Circle Village. This role is ideal for someone who already has experience working in Hotels, enjoys outdoors, winter conditions and providing excellent service to guests from around the world. 

Key Responsibilities

• Customer service responsibilities

• Check in / Check out responsibilities

• Cooperation with other departments

• Organising guest transfers and errands as required

Requirements

• Must have own car for commuting

• Ability to work in extreme winter conditions

• Positive attitude, reliability, and strong customer-service skills

• Exellent English communication skills in speaking and writing, Finnish language is plus
