Technical Property Manager for Uusimaa!

We are looking for a technical property manager for our client company in the SME region.

Job duties include, among other things, monitoring temperature and water meters, maintenance of technical systems, property automation and maintenance worker. You are independently responsible for the functionality and maintenance of the properties.

We expect from you:

• Experience in similar jobs for a few years
• Good customer service skills and good communication skills. Finnish language skills
• B driving license
• We consider education in the field as an advantage

Salary according to experience.
