A'la Carte chef, Ikaalinen

We are looking for a chef to work in the a la carte kitchen and evening buffet in Ikaalisin. The chef's duties include preparing a la carte dishes according to the kitchen's instructions and recipes. The job includes preparing, presenting and replenishing the evening buffet during the service. The chef is responsible for the daily smooth running of the kitchen and for collaborating with other kitchen staff. Duties also include preparing raw materials and ensuring the cleanliness and hygiene of the kitchen.

We value previous experience, especially in the à la carte kitchen and evening buffets, as well as training in the field. You are meticulous by nature and capable of working independently. The work will start as soon as possible, and the contract is valid until further notice. Working hours are at least 90 h / 3 weeks, and possibly more.
