We are looking for a skilled and motivated hall shift manager for our client company in Ikaalisinen. As a shift manager, you will be responsible for the smooth operation of the restaurant hall during your shift and ensure that our customers receive a high-quality and successful restaurant experience from start to finish.
In addition to à la carte service, your job includes managing shifts, directing staff and organizing work. You are responsible for the quality of customer service, cashier functions and ensuring that the hall operates efficiently and comfortably. You work in close cooperation with the kitchen and other staff and actively participate in daily operations. The work is fast-paced at times, so you are able to make decisions quickly. quickly and lead a team even in urgent situations while maintaining a professional and positive attitude.
