We are looking for a restaurant manager to open and manage a new, approximately 40+ seat sauna restaurant in Rovaniemi along the Kemijoki River. The restaurant will open in September-October, and the position will start in June.
As a restaurant manager, you will be responsible for the overall planning of the restaurant and the launch of operational operations. Your tasks include developing the restaurant concept and service package from scratch and building the operation to meet the high expectations of Lapland tourism. You will lead the recruitment process and build a functional and motivated end team for the restaurant. You will be responsible for daily management, customer experience and operational performance.
Success in this role requires at least five years of experience in Lapland tourism and managerial positions. Your background can be in the hotel, dining room or kitchen, as long as you have a strong vision for overall management and the ability to export vision into practice.
