We are looking for a motivated and professional kitchen assistant for our client company in Ikaalinen Spa.

In this role, you will lead your kitchen team to... and examples and develop activities together with the head chef and other supervisors. The work offers a diverse and varied everyday life, as the restaurant operations at the location cover breakfast, a la carte dining as well as meeting and party services - not forgetting gigs and festival events.

To succeed in this job:

you will lead a team of inspiringly and with examples
have good communication skills in Finnish and English
keep things moving even in a hurry and collaborate works across departmental boundaries
you are self-initiative and solution-oriented
fluent Finnish and English language skills

Your job description includes:

daily management of the kitchen team
shift planning
order placement and warehouse management
operation development together with other predecessors
