Regional Manager, Lapland

As Regional Manager, you are responsible for the comprehensive development of the business in the Lapland region. You will play a key role in establishing a new office and will be responsible for its operational launch and consolidation of operations. However, you will be supported by an existing operating model and ready-made processes, so you will not have to start from scratch.

You will actively build new customer relationships and develop existing ones in the long term. You will be responsible for the implementation of recruitment and staffing services in the region and ensure a high-quality customer experience. In addition, you will build and lead your own team and be responsible for pre-staffing work. You will take overall responsibility for the results of the area and ensure that the set goals are achieved.
