We are looking for skilled and motivated foremen for industry projects. Responsible positions are available in a workplace where you will be able to utilize your skills in a large and demanding project.
In the position, you are responsible for the daily management of the workplace and the smooth progress of production. You will ensure that schedules are met, resources are used efficiently, and the quality and safety of the work. You will manage the personnel and subcontractors of the workplace and ensure that The work is progressing according to plan.
In addition, you will actively participate in reporting and documenting the work and communicate with various stakeholders fluently, also in English. The task requires the ability to make independent decisions. and solve challenges that arise on the job site effectively.
In the task Success requires:
- Suitable education (construction engineer / site manager)
- Previous experience in construction work
- Work management skills and experience in responsible positions (e.g. working as a responsible supervisor is considered an advantage)
- Solution-oriented and self-initiative approach
- Very reporting and IT skills
- Fluent English language skills
We value:
- Experience with demanding or large projects (industrial sites are considered an advantage)
- Practical experience from the workplace
- A strong and responsible attitude to work
- Ability to export things to the finish line independently
