Head waiter for the summer, Raseborg

We are looking for a skilled Head Waiter to lead weddings and party service in a fast-paced restaurant environment. The work is gig-like, and the shifts are mainly on weekends in connection with weddings and other parties. The position does not include regular hours, but shifts are available depending on the occasion.

In the position, you are responsible for the smooth implementation of weddings and banquet services in the hall. You lead the catering team, coordinate the flow of the service and ensure that the service progresses on schedule and that customers receive a high-quality and professional experience on the day of the celebration. You also actively participate in the service and ensure that the whole thing works seamlessly with the kitchen and other staff.
