We are looking for a receptionist and restaurant worker for our client company in Kilpisjärvi. In this position, you will work both at the reception and in the à la carte restaurant. You will ensure that our guests enjoy their holiday and that all their wishes are fulfilled. You are a flexible and customer-oriented team player by nature who enjoys a variety of tasks. You manage several things at the same time and handle the pressures of the job while ensuring that our guests receive a genuine and warmest customer experience.
Reception duties include checking guests in and out, showing them around the hotel and surrounding areas, taking care of reservations, and communicating with customers. taking care of the guests via email and other booking channels. Job duties in the restaurant include serving breakfast, lunch and dinner, cleaning, dishwashing and working at the bar counter. We value experience in the hotel and restaurant environment, but the most important thing is the attitude and desire to learn and develop in the field. Job description is available from the beginning of summer until the end of the summer season.
