Kitchen Manager for the summer season, Hanko

We are looking for a head chef for Hanko's all day menu restaurant, who will take overall responsibility for the kitchen's operations and development. In this role, you will be responsible for menu planning and pricing, managing daily operations, and the kitchen's financial results. You will manage and recruit a team, ensure quality, hygiene and smooth cooperation with the hall.
