Kitchen Manager, Ruka

We are looking for a kitchen manager for our client company in Ruka. As a kitchen manager, you will be responsible for the overall operations, quality and productivity of the restaurant's kitchen. You will lead the kitchen team. in daily work and ensure that operations are smooth, efficient and in line with the restaurant's concept. You are responsible for planning and developing menus in collaboration with other management and take care of raw material procurement, cost monitoring and the achievement of margin targets. In addition, you ensure the implementation of self-control, food safety and the functionality of shift planning.

We value strong experience as a kitchen manager or similar leadership positions and a demonstrated track record of profitable and high-quality kitchen management. Be a motivating leader by nature and have excellent organizational and pressure-handling skills. We offer a full-time permanent position and the work will start in August.
