We are looking for a competent and passionate chef to strengthen our team for the summer season in Padasjoki. As a chef, you will be responsible for the overall management of the kitchen and the development of operations. You will manage the daily operational activities and ensure that the service runs smoothly even in busy times. in season.
You plan and develop menus according to the season and take care of raw material procurement and supplier cooperation. You are responsible for inventory management, cost monitoring and margin calculation and take care of waste management. In addition, you ensure that the kitchen's quality, hygiene and self-control practices are implemented appropriately.
In this role, you work in close cooperation with the hall and the rest of the organization. You will build a good working atmosphere in the kitchen and develop the operation in a goal-oriented manner throughout the season. In the role, you will leave your own mark on the whole.
