Chef for summer work, Hanko

We are looking for a pizza chef specializing in Neapolitan pizza for our client company in Hanko for the summer. The pizza chef's duties include preparing Neapolitan pizzas while respecting tradition and quality. At work, you will be responsible for making, handling and baking pizza dough at high temperatures. You will ensure the quality of raw materials, pre-preparations and the smooth and efficient operation of the kitchen even at the busiest times. and you work closely with other restaurant staff.

We value previous experience as a pizza chef and especially in making Neapolitan pizza. By nature, you are self-initiative and cooperative, and you are able to work carefully and responsibly even in a hurry. You will perform is available for the entire season from June to the end of August and we offer accommodation if necessary.
